We bought this car in reasonable condition but missing quite a few of the SLR parts and paint, over the years it had many changes, a nine inch diff with detroit locker and disc brakes as well as a Toyota supra gearbox conversion, putting this numbers matching, original engine vehicle back to stock.
I searched long and hard for some of the parts even purchasing a donor car for some of the dash, radio and wiring looms (that car is now under construction as well), found all the correct SLR5000 wheels and hubcaps, had front and rear spoilers made, had door trims and front seat covers made, had the small amount of rust repaired and repainted the car, the car turned out awesome as a real representation of the great L31 SLR5000.
